Law Common Entrance Test for Admission into LL.B (3YDC & 5YDC) & LL.M.
of all Universities in Telangana State and their Affiliated Colleges (Being conducted on behalf of TSCHE, Hyderabad)
Applications  are  invited  from  eligible  candidates through Online Mode appear  at  the  Law Common  Entrance  Test  (TSLAWCET/TSPGLCET-2017)  for  admission  into LL.B  (3YDC  & 5YDC)  &  LL.M.  courses offered  by  the different Universities  in  the  State  of Telangana including  their  affiliated  colleges  for  the  academic  year 2017-2018 to  be  conducted  by Kakatiya  University,  Warangal  (as  per  G.O.Ms.No.  25,  dated:  19.03.2004 of  Higher Education Department and its amendments).

SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATIONS 

Applications should  be  submitted  only  through  ONLINE mode.  The Registration fee for online submission and late fee, if applicable, may be paid at TS  Online  Centers/Citizen  Service  Centers,  e–Seva  Centers  in  T.S.  and  also  through payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card).

ONLINE APPLICATION FEE:TSLAWCET–2017:
RS.350/-(Rs. 250/-for SCs/STs).
TSPGLCET–2017:RS.600/-(Rs. 500/-for SCs/STs).

Note: Candidates applied with late fee of Rs 1500/- have to write the entrance test at Warangal center only)

2 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO APPEAR FOR TSLAWCET-2017. 3 year LLB Course:
The Candidates for 3 year LL.B. should have passed any Graduate Degree(10+2+3pattern) of    a recognized University with 45% of aggregate marksor    any other examination( 1 0 + 2 + 3    p a t t ern) recognzed as equivalent by the Universities concerned.  If  any  candidate  secured  less  than  45%  in  graduation  he  should  have  passed any additional graduation or post graduation with 45%. A Candidate  appeared/appearing for the above qualifying examinations may also apply for TSLAWCET – 2017 (LL.B. 3 YDC) in anticipationofresults. In case of suchstudents,their admission shall be subject to  the  passing  the  qualifying  examination and their securing eligible marks in the said qualifying examinations.

Note:
i)There is a relaxation of 5% of marks in the above qualifying examinations for 3year Law course in favour of the Candidatese blonging to SC/S.T. Category
ii)        The percentage of 39.5% and above in aggregate in graduation  in case of candidates belongs to SC/ST category and 44.5% and above in aggregate in graduation   in case of candidates belongs other categories will be considered as 40% and 45% for admission in to LL.B 3 year course. 5Year LL.B. Course:The Candidates for 5year LL.B. should have passed two year Intermediate Examination(10+2pattern)with 45% of aggregate marks or any  other examination recognized as equivalent by the University concerned or the Board of Intermediate Education, T.S.A Candidate  appeared/appearing for the above qualifying examinations may also apply for TSLAWCET – 2017 (LL.B.5 YDC) inanticipation of results. In case of such students, their admission shall be subjet to  the  passing  the  qualifying  examination and their securing eligible marks in the said qualifying examinations.

Note:
i)There is a relaxation of 5%of marks in the above qualifying examinations for 5 year Law course in favour of the Candidates belonging to SC/S.T.Category
ii) The percentage of 39.5% or above in aggregate in Intermediate (10+2 Pattern) in case of candidates belongs to SC/ST category and 44.5% or above in aggregate in Intermediate in case of candidates belongs other categories will be considered as 40% and 45% for admission in to LL.B 5 year course.
